Conquest Offshore operates up to 1400 ton cranebarges internationally for  construction and installation work (ports, oil & gas, offshore wind), decommissioning, salvage and wreckremoval.

The company gained international attention by successfully playing a key role in the salvage operation of the Italian cruise ship, Costa Concordia, off the coast of Tuscany, near the island of Giglio. To complete that job, the company used its heavy lift crane barge, the Conquest MB 1.

What makes the Conquest MB 1 unique?

  • The crane has 1,400 tons of lifting capacity;
  • The crane fully rotates 360 degrees (6 min with full load);
  • Free deck space of 3,400 m2 with a strength of 20 ts/m2;
  • It can operate in shallow water (2,75 meters);
  • 8 point mooring system;
  • Accommodation of up to 240 people.
