QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and environment) forms an integral part of Conquest and all of their projects. Conquest's management system sets out the safety policies, practices, resources and activities relevant to the work, to ensure that the contractual requirements, applicable regulatory requirements as well as statutory requirements are met and to encourage the maintenance of high Health, Safety and Environment standards among all employees.

The work should be carried out in such a way that the risks to the health, safety and welfare as well as the environmental impacts are eliminated or reduced to an acceptable level.


To assure high levels of Quality, Health, Safety and Environment on all levels and aspects of Conquest  and all projects under the control of Conquest, the management of QHSE needs to be set out and subcontractors, employees and all others involved are required to adhere to it.


The management system is developed in accordance with the following standards:

ISM (2010) for marine Safety

ISO 9001 (2008) for Quality

OHSAS 18001 (2007) for Health and Safety
